How do I check my coverage before submitting a claim?
Visit the home page and select "Coverage Lookup". The following details are needed to verify coverage:
- Policy Number
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
- Vehicle Mileage
Additional questions may be asked prior to processing your claim. Your claim’s processing depends on receiving complete documentation. Reimbursement amount is subject to the terms of your coverage protection plan or service contract, remaining coverage and submission of required documentation.
I am a contract holder and have coverage questions. How do I contact someone?

. A case manager will contact you within one business day.When emailing, please provide the contract holder's first and last name, vehicle year, make, model, complete VIN and current odometer reading.
How do I submit a claim?
Visit the home page and select "Submit a Claim" to begin the claims submission process. You will need the following information:
- Policy number
- Contract holder's contact information
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and service contract/coverage details
- Vehicle mileage
- Final repair order with full breakdown of services and associated costs.
How can I track my claim's status?
Visit the home page and select "Check Claim Status”. Have available your ZIP code and one of the following:
- Claim ID
- Phone number (provided during submission)
- Last 8 digits of the contract holder's VIN
When will I receive payment for my claim?
Upon receiving all necessary documentation and information, your claim will be reviewed, processed and payment by check will be issued within 5 business days. Please allow for appropriate mailing time.
